What To Expect

Here at Lowell Naz we desire that everyone feels like they belong with us. Because of that, if you choose to visit our church, we want you to feel comfortable, and some of that means knowing what to expect. Here are some questions that should give you a good idea of what happens around here.

Where should I park?

Our parking lot is on the east side of our building. The main entrance is up the ramp to the left of the building from the parking lot.

What should I wear?

At Lowell Naz we don't have a dress code. We just hope that you come in what you're comfortable in. You'll see our regular attenders in anything from shorts to jeans to dress pants. Wear what you feel comfortable in!

What happens when I arrive?

When you walk in the doors you will be welcomed by one of our friendly greeters who will hand you our bulletin for the week. If you have any questions the greeter can lead you to our welcome Center where you can grab a cup of coffee or a bottle of water and ask any questions that you'd like answered. Feel free to sit in the foyer until service starts, or find a seat in the sanctuary.

How will I know where to go?

Our foyer is pretty straightforward and leads straight into the welcome center and sanctuary. We also have signage throughout the building to try and make getting around a bit easier.

What about my kids?

We currently aren't running any children's programs . For now we encourage you to bring your kids into the sanctuary to worship with the adults. If you would like, we have bags for the kids with coloring pages that can be found at the Welcome Center

What will the service be like?

We have one service at 10:30am. Our service features modern worship music and will last about 60-75 minutes. During service we will sing some songs together, pray together, and hear a message that is applicable to our everyday lives from the Scriptures.  If you are planning to join us soon, let us know here

Will I be singled out as a guest?

As a guest, our goal is to welcome you and show you that this is a community that operates through love. You may find that some of our members would love to meet you and welcome you here. Knowing that some guests don't want to be singled out, asked questions, or pursued, we don't ask anything of our guests. One of our greeters or our pastor may also bring you to our welcome center where we have a gift waiting for you.

Am I expected to participate in offering?

No. Guests are never expected to give an offering, but if you want to give to the ministries of the church, please feel free to do so.

Any other questions?

If you have any more questions don't hesitate to stop in the church and ask, call the church at 616-897-8800, or email us here.
